GLORIA NEVES
Glória has been practicing yoga for over 15 years, has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a training course in Anthroposophy (RJ). Already residing in the United Kingdom, she took the Level 6 – Interpreter/Translator English-Portuguese Diploma (UK) and completed the 200-hour training for a yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance Professionals, UK). More recently she completed 50-hour of Yin Yoga training with The Fat Yogis (Netherlands) plus the 60-hour training in Pranayama and Breathwork, in London (with Laurent Roure).

KAINARA MOTTA
Kainara has almost 25 years of yoga practice, has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Coaching and Mentoring and a postgraduate degree in Neuroscience and Behavior. She completed the 200-hour yoga teacher and pregnancy yoga teacher training (Yoga Alliance Professionals, UK) and has studied further the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali and the chakras subtle energies, both subjects she has a great interest in. In addition to MeditYoga classes, she offers guided meditations for the InsightTimer and Aura Health app.
